Licensing and Usage

By purchasing, you agree to obtain any necessary licenses for custom fonts, photos, videos, icons, and graphics used in your design. Designed by Betty is not responsible for acquiring these licenses or for any infringement of intellectual property resulting from improper use. An active Showit subscription is required to use our templates.

Resale or Repurposing

Our products are for personal use and cannot be resold or repurposed. Reproduction or misrepresentation as your own work is strictly prohibited.

Photography

Placeholder images included in templates must be replaced with your own licensed or owned photography.

Payment Obligations

You agree to fulfill any payment plans associated with your purchase. All payments must be completed as agreed, without cancellation or dispute. Late payments will incur a late fee of 1.5% per day on the outstanding amount until paid in full. Payments overdue by more than 30 days will require immediate full payment. Beyond 45 days, outstanding balances may be subject to collection actions.
